Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) Equipment & Location Confirmed Correct

Station ID 52444A is offline and both ports display a message: “NETWORK DOWN Please Contact Customer Support.” Electric vehicles are parked in both charging spaces and not connected. Reported the issue to Shell Recharge customer support via email.

Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) Charged Successfully

None of the stations including the fast charger show up on the app. If scanning the QR code on each station with the Shell Recharge app, the following message appears: Error Charge station not found. Was able to initiate a charge with a Shell Recharge RFID card that I had.
