New Town Plaza Phase I (Sha Tin Centre)charging location
Tire inflator available at a the charging bay. Contributors Comment: Tried it Sep 23rd, 2014. Spot was ICEd by Audi. Staff was very helpful to call the owner over the speaker system, allow us to park in front of the Audi, lend us an extension cable. Later they called us so we could move the car correctly into position and remove the extension cable. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic.

Enter the first of two entry gates, it says "NEW TOWN PLAZA 1 " and a large P. There is only 1 EV spot available. The position of this marker is EXACTLY where the entrance is. Some of the other nearby locations might be the same (a duplicate), but in that case, both location and name is wrong. There are many shopping malls in Sha Tin, this one I used is "New Town Plaza Phase I"

Rating: 3 out of 5 [ Important Notice (For Other Users) , Charged Successfully ]Further info: Once inside choose the LEFT entry lane and make a LEFT turn. The charging spot is against the far left wall, behind a wall sticking out. Location is on UB (the same as when you enter the parking), but in order to exit, you have to drive to the LB level, through that, up again, befor you can exit. 700 meter driving, just to get out (!). It works fine, though slow as 13A BS1363 are. 2 hours free parking if you shop a few hundred HKD.

Rating: 4 out of 5 [ General Comment , Charged Successfully ]Very slow but works. No activation needed, apart from a manual on/off switch. This location has tire pressure pump at the EV spot: Just select pressure and apply until it beeps
