Had difficulty charging. Both authenticated and started the handshake process but abruptly stopped, then issued a receipt for 0.00 kWh. I called ChargePoint support, who attempted to initiate charging remotely, but the problem repeated. Upon further review they told me that these chargers apparently began having this issue yesterday afternoon. ChargePoint opened a ticket and provided a case number for follow-up.
