Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) Charged Successfully

Station ID 53376A is offline in the Shell Recharge app. When attempting to charge via the app, a message appeared: “Error Unable to use the EVSE, it is in an unknown state.” Credit card method to start a charge also failed. Tried twice and both times the message appeared: “Payment Error Your payment failed. Please retry. For assistance call 1-855-900-7584” Reported the issue to Shell Recharge customer support via email.

Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) Charged Successfully

The fast charger on the right, Station ID 53378A displays "Error Code: CHARGER _DOOR_OPEN" Contacted Customer Assistance at the number on the label and they said that the charger is offline and it already has an open ticket.
