On 1st Sept 2015 I failed to charge using the CYC app (tried many times). I did not have my CYC card with me so I phoned CYC for assistance and they were unable to help; they reported the fault to an engineer to check the unit. On 5th Sept 2015 I returned with my CYC card and charged successfully without any difficulties.

I managed to charge on the rapid unit, but it was charging initially at a very slow rate, and gave my car a BCI error which reset before I could intervene. I switched to the 22kw post, but it wouldn't recognise RFID, and the mobile reception was so bad I could not start a charge via the CYC app (although I could see the post was available on the app). I switched back to the rapid charger and on this attempt it seemed to charge at a normal Rapid rate although still reported a 1 hour 40mins charging estimate (charge was actually complete in 45mins). I reported both chargers to CYC for check up/repair.

Charged a Nissan Leaf here at the Ria-Achan car park twice on 12th April 2015 using Chademo. Once at about 930, once at about 7pm. Successful charge both times. On the first attempt the handshake with the car failed, displaying an incorrect battery charge level of 85% on the charger, and preventing charge. I went through the connection cycle again though, and it worked properly.

I charged a PIugin Prius on one of the type two points. Once on 5th April and once on 6th April 2015. Successful both times, although the Prius' capacity is quite low. Couldn't try the rapid charger as the Prius isn't compatible.

Both rapid charger and T2 posts work perfectly. Charged my i3 from flat to 80% in 23min via CCS connector.

Used the rapid charger without any problems. Did not try the other chargers but lights showed and seems like they where operational as well.
