Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) Failed to Charge (Equipment Problem)

Station ID 43335 is showing as “Busy” on the app (both CCS & CHAdeMO) but no vehicle is connected. Also the CHAdeMO connector is physically damaged and unusable. Reported to Shell Recharge via email.
