Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) Failed to Charge (Equipment Not Operational)

CHAdeMO unit was dead on July 7, 2022 (my observation, and verified by employee). Unit has been dead since November, 2021 (according to PlugShare users). J-1772 station worked.
